There is the difference between HAICER and MAINGROUP as below:

1, the Clamping pressure
HAICER  is 220 tons, the MAINGROUP is 150 tons;
2, The way of closed mold:
HAICER is oil cylinder and crank connecting rod control, then keep the machine stable clamping force and with long life.
MAINGROUP is cylinder control only, and life and maintenance are flawed.
3,The closed Mould part:
HAICER;1)we have adjusted to the mold thickness, make up for the thickness of the mould is different, when doing double color mould, has the function of automatic ejection product;2) the turnover from 90 degrees(you also can find attached picture), the product can be directly facing the operator,easy to get the sole, operator is not limited by height,the mould will not be out of shape,in order to get the products and inserts and stud bar easily,meanwhile,the clamping pressure is uniform,the products without burs. MAINGROUP is not adjust to the thickness of the mold, the mold is standard, the turnover is 180 degrees, there is a certain height  requirement to operator (Italian is higher), mold  will out of shape after used long ,so the quality of the products will not be guaranteed.
4, Shot feeding amount
HAICER is set the raw material amount first and then make the injection,speed and control capacity is accurate to 0.5 grams, can produce the TR, TPR, PVC, TPU etc. plastic raw material, the raw material amount can be up to 1200 grams.MAINGROUP ,there are two ways ,one is same as haicer's,but the biggest  raw materials amount is 700 grams.the another way is set the amount and the injection at the same time,but can produce TR raw material,but it is not  good-looking for the surface,it is with texture lines, because the material is not to mould quickly, as long as it is not enough pressure, the feed amount can be unlimited.
5,The shot guns's operation:
Haicer's machine have  fixed shooting and mobile shooting,meanwhile,we also have more advanced,which is fast Moving and separately work, every shot gun is independent operation system,one can do maintain and the another is work.so we can improve the quantity of the products.MAINGROUP,there are only fixed and 2 guns mobile shooting,there is not 2 guns separately shooting,once one of the guns needs to maintain,the machine must turn off and then effect the quantity of the products. 
6, After sales service
Haicer have the remote control, can be used to diagnosis in miles away to the customer and eliminate problems, which greatly reduces the trouble of the customer's operation.but MAINGROUP is not have.
7, The machine main parts
Haicer is use the real high quality accessories, such as electrical and hydraulic valves, seals, the controller are imported products, MAINGROUP, many accessories is made in China. only this brand is from Italy, with the help of a foreign brand,this really MAINGROUP in Italy is closed in 2010.So now MAINGROUP,it is be producted in Fujian Province of China.
8, The Chinese market situation
Haicer from 2002 to 2005 in China's market share is the first, and then began to sell to overseas from 2006 .MAINGROUP, due to the price is too high in China, the cooperator is not much, there is less than 10 machines in China.
9.The mould:
Haicer machine can suitable for all MAINGROUP mold.But Haicer machine mould MAINGROUP can not all fit, mainly we have more than one function,which is the mobile separate injection, MAINGROUP without this function.
10, The future development
